FoSMA updates – 13.10.2025

Thank you everyone who could attend the coffee morning today. For those of you who could not make it the following updates were announced:

• The AGM will be delayed until January – we need to secure a new venue and the school has to prioritise day to day operations.
• Shez has been delegated the the role of acting co-chair, to be made permanent during the AGM
• Two parents will be joining the trustees in doing there jobs ahead of the AGM, Hannah will be acting co-chair with Shez and Adrian will play a supporting role with Mr Hat deputies and co-treasurers
• Christmas bake sale and Christmas fair confirmed to go ahead on the 3rd and 8th of December
• General discussions held on planning and fundraising – relevent posts on other platforms shared
